The other features are a bonus to help you customize your creations. The DVD creator does what it’s supposed to do, it makes DVDs for you and burns them to a disc. However, on a positive note it has close to two dozen themes or so to choose from online. ![]() I suppose you would need a completely different program for that though to get everything to move and animate the way you want, so I am a bit forgiving in the lack of theme customization. You can add your own custom images and music but you will see that there are some small animated bits in the background that I would like to change and I’m not sure how. The second flaw is an easy way to add your own themes and menus, I don’t mean download the preset ones, I mean CREATE your own. I assume this was done to prevent users from saving copyrighted content to DVDs. It can save files as ISO’s but it cannot import them. UPDATE: I just created an ISO file and attempted to import it into the editor but it gave me an error message saying that that file type was not supported. I will contact the marketing agent and will update the article accordingly if I am wrong. If there is a way to do it I couldn’t find it. For example- taking a previous saved ISO you made and then reimporting it to the editor so that you can make a new DVD with it. I don’t think there is an option to add ISO files straight to the DVD creator program. The Wondershare DVD creator does have a few flaws, but only minor ones. ![]() ![]() When you are done with your project you can burn your files to disc or save it as an ISO image file. The final options you can choose from in the options menu are the Pal or NTSC versions for the TV format, this allows different countries and regions to use the program and save DVDs without having to do anything complicated. You can create your own DVD menus, chapters, and titles using a preset template with pictures and music that has straight forward options to help you set it all up, and there are also more themes and options that can be downloaded from Wondershare’s official website the DVD creator program has a quick link button in the top right corner of the theme template screen that will take you there. You are able to change the contrast and brightness of your videos, crop them down to cut off the edges or resize your video, trim and cut the video into pieces so that it doesn’t have to be so long, add watermarks that are either text based or an image and choose how the transparency and settings for it appear, and you can even add subtitles to your DVD videos so that your viewers can read foreign languages or sing along to their favorite song. However, there are a few things I don’t like I’ll name all of the pros first. The DVD creator gives you quite a bit of features to customize your DVD menus and add a series of video clips to fill your DVD with content. The Wondershare DVD creator is made for movie hobbyist, independent film makers, or those trying to sell their own music or animated short films on DVDs, it has quite a bit of features to help you get your content stored on disc with one easy to use program.
